Do you speak English fluently? Then this position is for you!Your responsibilities and impact working as a Retail Loss Prevention Coordinator will be.
nsure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
evelop and maintain compliance policies and documentation.
reate and implement compliance auditing tools.
tay updated on regulatory changes and apply necessary updates.
evelop and enforce health and safety policies and procedures.
onduct safety inspections and risk assessments, implementing corrective actions.
oordinate and conduct health and safety training for employees.
aintain and update emergency response plans.
evelop and implement loss prevention programs to reduce theft and fraud.
onitor and analyze loss prevention metrics, identifying trends and corrective actions.
mplement loss prevention tools in new stores.
nalyze and report on potential risks and areas for improvement.
anage and evaluate external loss prevention tools like security systems and CCTV.
nvestigate incidents, develop reporting tools, and implement preventive measures.
rain store teams and managers on loss prevention best practices.

ou are fully proficient in English, both written and spokenYou have at least 3 to 5 years of work experience in a similar role within a corporate and retail environment.
higher education degree is a plus.
ou have proven experience in vendor and project management.
ou have a proven ability in creating dashboards and reporting tools.
ou have strong analytical and written communication skills.
ou have a strong knowledge of regulations to loss prevention, health and safety and retail compliancy.
ou have a strong analytical ability with a pragmatic attitude & hands-on mentality with focus on results.
ou have excellent stakeholder management skills.
ou are enthusiastic, self-starting and enjoys change.
