REVENUE ASSURANCE ANALYST

What you’ll do The candidate will join the Italian Operation of the worldwide Leading Telecommunication Company, enrolled in the Margin Assurance Team.
In this role, the candidate will run revenue assurance controls and perform advanced data analysis to detect margin leakages and generate additional top line revenue for Vodafone, constantly contributing to strength and deliver a world class control environment.
Who you are Keep up to date on Consumer and Enterprise commercial propositions and enhancements in technical capabilities, in order to.
identify potential risk areas on revenue / margin, define and implement new controls and analysis on new Offers and Capabilities, creating queries, reports and dashboards.
Run analysis on offers covering all segments (Consumer/Enterprise, Mobile/Fixed, Prepaid/Post-paid), identifying spike in the patterns, trend not in line with business expectation, potentially risky scenarios and customers affected by potential issues with the ultimate scope of detecting margin leakages.
In the analysis the candidate will leverage on existing systems / reports / set of data, but he/she will be required to create new ad hoc reports / queries / dashboards.
Perform recurring controls to verify the completeness and correctness of the Billing on a sample of customers, select the sample in order to assure a proper coverage, manage the communication and follow ups of the potential issues identified.
Perform SOX controls completely and timely.
Evaluate issue priority, escalate in case of issues with potential high impact and manage proper communication to the stakeholders.
Partnering with Finance, Marketing, IT and Operations to follow up and assess revenue impact analysis.
What will you bring to the team.
Proficient user of Italian and English language Strong skills in Data Analysis and drawing insights Experience in creation of Reports Excellent use of Microsoft based tools such as Office, Teams, ect DW use and SAS use would be an advantage Revenue Assurance platforms / solutions knowledge (preferred) Proven experience in TLC sector or consultancy would be an advantage;  Must have technical / professional qualifications.
Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or related fields;  Fluent written and spoken Italian and English Not a perfect fit?
