REVIT SPECIALIST

Bloom Studio Ibiza is a vibrant and fast-paced architectural and interior design studio based in Santa Eulalia (Ibiza), we are hiring an REVIT SPECIALIST.

We are seeking a skilled Revit Specialist to join our dynamic interior design studio. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating detailed architectural and interior design models using Revit. Responsibilities include developing and managing 3D models, producing detailed construction documents, and collaborating with our design team to bring conceptual designs to life. Proficiency in BIM processes and knowledge of additional design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp are highly desirable. Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Specialized training or certification in Revit and other Autodesk products.

Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience using Revit in residential design.
Demonstrated experience with completed residential projects utilizing Revit as the primary design tool.
Knowledge of architectural and construction standards relevant to residential design.

Technical Skills:

Advanced proficiency in Revit, including a strong understanding of tools and functionalities specific to residential design.
Capability to create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using Revit.
Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modelling) processes as they apply to residential projects.
Familiarity with additional design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Develop detailed architectural designs and plans for private residential projects using Revit.
Collaborate with architects and designers to translate conceptual designs into Revit models.
Produce accurate and detailed construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
Coordinate with other team members to integrate structural, electrical, and mechanical systems into the Revit model.
Ensure that all models and drawings comply with industry standards and project requirements.
