The best way to grow as a company is to help you grow as a person, hence the availability of learning and development opportunities.Meet your future departmentJoin our team as a Risk Prevention Technician and be part of a multinational community with colleagues based in different countries who would share same role and challenges.How can you help us?In this role, your mission will be responsible for promoting a culture of prevention within the company, ensuring the integration of safe practices at all operational and administrative levels.Your main responsibilitiesReporting to the Head of Health & Safety, you will: Main Responsibilities:Actively promote the culture of occupational risk prevention within the company.Conduct risk assessments and plan preventive actions in collaboration with specialists.Provide training and information on risk prevention at all levels of the company.Oversee the compliance of risk control and reduction programs.Participate in emergency management and first aid.Specific Tasks:Perform daily operational controls at the company's facilities.Coordinate and control work activities in collaboration with other companies and departments.Manage the training of internal and external personnel in risk prevention.Supervise maintenance work, ensuring safe planning and execution.Organize meetings with external companies, preparing the necessary documentation.Inspect and supervise operations with special risks.Manage the Coordination of Business Activities (CBA) and follow up on security incidents.Skills and CompetenciesBackground: Higher education (engineering would be an advantage)Risk Prevention Master.Previous experience in similar roles.Knowledge of current legislation on safety and health at work.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Good English level (B2 minimum)OthersBased in MurciaWhat do we offer you?(Confidentiality is assured)We offer a position where you can develop professionally.
