Role Description
Are you a tech-savvy self-starter? ChattyHiring is on the hunt for a full-stack Ruby on Rails developer to be a driving force in our Barcelona team. You will be working directly with the CTO. As a full-stack Ruby on Rails developer, you'll be the architect behind web applications, hopefully implementing new features weekly, moving fast and growing with the company. Together with a collaborative team, you'll be at the heart of innovation and you will have an opportunity to shape the culture and the product from the early days.
Qualifications
Ready to dive in? Here's what we're looking for:
An understanding of Ruby on rails and JavaScript, at least more than one (1) year of experience
Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and bonus points for expertise in Tailwind or similar CSS frameworks
A knack for problem-solving, whether in the thick of team collaboration or blazing your own trail
A history of starting and finishing projects
English communication skills, both written and spoken
Experience with agile development methodologies? That's a cherry on top!
An insatiable appetite for learning, always eager to stay on the pulse of the latest web development trends and technologies
Examples of past projects
Cotinious voice interviews with AI

Payment sytems
Integrations with 3rd parties such as ATS systems
APIs
Notification systems
