SALES & ACCOUNTING SUPPORT (FULL-TIME CONTRACT)

Job Overview:We are seeking a proactive and organised Sales & Marketing Support to join our growing real estate agency. The successful candidate will assist both the sales team and office manager by managing day-to-day office tasks, outbound communications, and providing administrative support. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and who wants to become part of the success of a very dynamic teamKey Responsibilities:• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as managing and preparing documents, managing listings, and maintaining databases.• Serve as the first point of contact for clients: answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.• Handle inquiries from potential clients and route leads to the appropriate sales agents.• Support the office manager with administrative duties, including scheduling, document filing, and data entry.• Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring all client interactions and property information are accurately recorded, assisting with updating property listings on websites or platforms.• Help with marketing tasks such as social media updates, newsletters, and property promotions.• Support the sales team with post-sale documentation and follow-ups.• Assist with light bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and processing payments.Requirements:• Prior experience in an administrative preferably in real estate.• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.• Excellent written and verbal communication in both Spanish and English.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and experience with CRM systems (real estate-specific CRM experience is a plus).• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Knowledge of the Estepona real estate market is a bonus.• Basic accounting experienceBenefits:• Flexible working hours• Opportunity to grow within a dynamic real estate agency• Supportive work environment• Competitive compensation• Comprehensive online trainingGrowth Opportunities:At Lucas Fox, we believe in nurturing talent and providing opportunities for growth.
