andle the entire sales cycle, offering creative solutions to close deals.
anage client interactions from initial contact with potential buyers to deal completion and beyond.
ollect and verify all necessary property documentation, and sign mediation agreements with property owners while ensuring our commission policy is adhered to.
eep our CRM up-to-date with client requirements and maintain your personal database in line with commercial needs.
aintain client relationships by providing regular feedback and market status reports to vendors.
equirementsExperience in the real estate sector, particularly in key areas of Barcelona.
trong understanding of real estate, legal, and financial concepts.
luent in Spanish and EnglishProfessional appearance, excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivated with a drive to achieve top results.
inancially driven and able to work well in an international team.
