Sales Assistant – Madrid Galeria CanalejasAn excellent opportunity has arisen for Sales Assistant for Tom Ford’s new opening in Galeria Canalejas – MadridReporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Assistant’s responsibilities include contributing to the growth of Tom Ford sales in store, attracting and retaining clients, achieving sales targets and providing outstanding customer service aligned with the brand image and guidelines. Key Duties:Achieve Sale Targets through effective use of sales techniques and by knowing customers and productsIdentify customer expectations and advise them on productsMaster the client journeyClientelingAfter-sales assistance and customer follow-up Focus on development and retention of clients, recruitment of new and potential ones Deal with all sales and after sales activities (boutique returns, end of season, customer returns, repairs, complaints)Ensure product good maintenance, replenishment on the floorKnow the warehouse stock of all categories in order to ensure re-stock shelves and maximize salesRespect administration and operations proceduresSkills:At least 2 years of experience in the luxury retail fieldKnowledge of luxury products and basic selling techniquesFluency in English is essential, other languages are a plusMust have client network in luxury environmentBe a team player with a pro-active attitudeGood standing In TOM FORD you will have the opportunity to work in a company in the Luxury sector with an international reach, you will find a collaborative work environment aimed at continuous improvement in which the attitude towards teamwork takes on a central role.
