accogliere e accompagnare il cliente durante tutto il processo di vendita anche in un’ottica di fidelizzazione;
gestione ordini e-commerce;
offrire supporto e consulenza al fine di garantire un adeguato livello di soddisfazione;
curare e disporre la merce all’interno dell’area vendita e nel magazzino;
raggiungere gli obiettivi qualitativi e quantitativi di vendita concordati con lo Store Manager e condivisi con tutto il team.
Il/la candidato/a ideale è una persona solare ed energica in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
esperienza nel ruolo nel settore moda in contesti caratterizzati da vendita assistita;
buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
forte orientamento al risultato ed al raggiungimento degli obiettivi;
predisposizione al team working;
flessibilità oraria e disponibilità a lavorare su turni e durante le festività.
