Sales Agent | Prime Invest Real Estate Asset Management Company | Costa del SolAbout Prime Invest Join a leading real estate asset management company on the Costa del Sol, specializing in exclusive property sales with a multidisciplinary team of over 40 professionals. With 23 active projects, we’re looking for a skilled Sales Agent to strengthen our sales team and support our expanding portfolio.Position Location: To be determined based on business needs (Torremolinos - Alcaidesa area).Candidate ProfileKey Requirements:Immediate Start: Ready to join a fast-paced team.Professional Image: Maintains an image aligned with our brand.Experience: Minimum of 5 years in real estate sales, particularly in property sales and management.Market Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the Costa del Sol second-home market.Client-Focused: Skilled in client management, from initial visits to legal documentation.Mobility: Willingness to travel across the Málaga province.Skills & Competencies:Sales-Oriented: Proven ability to drive results and achieve sales goals.Legal & Financial Acumen: Basic understanding of property law and financing to advise clients effectively.Team Player: Collaborates well within a team and adheres to internal procedures.Language Proficiency: Spanish: High proficiency (written and spoken). English: High proficiency (written and spoken). Additional languages (French, German, Danish, Dutch, Swedish, etc.) are highly valued.Technical Skills:Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office, and other office tools.Established network within Costa del Sol real estate agencies is a plus.Valid driving license and access to own vehicle.What We OfferImmediate Start: Join a dynamic team with a strong presence in the real estate market.Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, and Saturdays by appointment.Tools Provided: Company laptop and phone.Competitive Compensation:Permanent position. Fixed Salary: €19,000 gross annual. Quarterly bonuses + monthly incentives.
