Provide business and financial insights for sales performance and forecasting for the short and long-term. Provides recommendations for the pricing of products considering margin targets, volumes and terms. Ensures all analyses related to this topic are aligned with stakeholders in the Commercial and Finance Departments and carried out effectively. Contributes business insights to global planning processes (sales and operations) and projects and drives continuous improvement in sales controlling, forecasting and pricing.Your responsabilitiesAs local champion of planning process, play a role of overall control of sales forecast incl. monthly rolling forecast (providing vision for the upcoming 6 quarters), as well as budgeting for short term (next calendar year) and long term (years 2 to 5 on strategic planning), aligned with financial modelling solutions in placeEnsure business risk and opportunity are timely reflected in financial forecastDrive process improvement with incorporation of country business circumstancesJoint deal preparation and internal negotiation together with Commercial teamClosely work with Commercial team to improve demand collection and alignment processKey user of CRM solutionInterface and bridging consensus on sales operation, financial planning request, accounting booking with relevant parties to remove operational obstaclesCreate and share with other areas analysis on price, seasonal cost movements, change in markets indices and cost simulations.Support other ad hoc requests from CCO, CFO and CEOCompetencies RequiredBusiness insights & Financial acumen - Applying knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization’s goalsStorytelling - Communicating insights that captivate audiences and resonate with stakeholders by combining data, visuals and narrativePlan & Align - Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
