Our ideal candidate will be an outgoing, enthusiastic individual with a passion for real estate and excellent administrative and communication skills.
They will maintain a smart and professional appearance at all times.
Be proficient in English literature and be able to work at a fast pace, working to targets, while able to prioritise their workload.
If you're fluent in English with an advanced/fluent level of Spanish and some real estate experience, we'd love to have you on board.
In this role, you'll be responsible for providing all-around sales and administrative support to meet the needs of our busy real estate agency.
You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, dealing with ongoing sales enquiries, arranging appointments, and providing the highest standard of customer care.
The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be IT literate with strong administrative and organisational skills.
You must be a self-motivated, reliable, and trustworthy person who can work well within a small team environment.
Additionally, you should be able to work under pressure and take feedback given.

FULL TIME permanent contract, Monday to Friday 10am – 6pm.
