We’re building the team from scratch, refining our pitch, and setting up our processes. There’s a huge (huge) opportunity for growth here, but yes, we need work for it.Ideally you have previous experience working in a software company selling to SMBs. You shouldn’t be afraid of picking up the phone and have experience crafting outbound messaging through all prospecting channels: phone, email and social medias. You’ll be involved in generating outbound pipeline and will contribute to growth objectives and the development of the company.Your MissionGenerate new leads from outbound activities, guaranteeing a consistent volume of revenue opportunities month over monthEducate potential customers gyms about the benefits of MAAT through cold calling in your assigned territoryMaintain our CRM diligently updating opportunities, account status and notesWork tightly together with the Sales team and Founders to deliver a top-performing acquisition strategy for your assigned area About YouExperience: 1-2 Previous experience in sales, preferably in a Software company selling to SMBs, or sports-related industry. Experience in a start-up is a plus.Multilingual: You speak English + Spanish / Portuguese / GermanPassion for Sports: A genuine interest in the sports industry and a desire to make an impact within it (plus if you are into combat sports)Self-Starter and Hustler: Highly motivated team player with a strong working ethic (you like to get sh*t done)Entrepreneurial mindset: You don't just find problems but you find a solution to them What do we offer40,000 OTE (€22,000 base + €18,000 uncapped variable)Hybrid work: We have an office in Barcelona. In-office presence is required for 3 days a week, with the other 2 days being flexible.
