We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to prospect new business opportunities by qualifying leads, initiating contact, and following up with potential clients. You will work closely with the sales team to identify new sales opportunities, increase the sales pipeline and support revenue growth.Responsibilities Conduct outbound prospecting efforts to identify and qualify leads through a variety of channels, including phone, email, social media, and other online tools.Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute a comprehensive prospecting strategy to target potential clients.Research and analyze target companies and decision-makers to identify pain points and business needs that can be addressed by our products and services.Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients by providing them with relevant information and insights.Follow up with prospects and clients to ensure that their needs are being met and to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.Use Salesforce or other CRM systems to manage and track lead generation efforts, pipeline development, and sales activity.Participate in sales meetings and contribute to sales strategy discussions.Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads, pipeline generation, and revenue growth.What do we offerLike us, you'll be deeply committed to delivering positive outcomes for and passionate about shaping SupportRoom's future.You will have…2+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or related roles.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospects and clients.Ability to speak English and Spanish (both mandatory).Knowledge of sales processes and techniques, including cold calling, email marketing, social selling, and other outbound prospecting strategies.Experience using CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and sales strategies.Experience in the technology or software industry is a plus.How we reward you.
