Se busca un representante de desarrollo de ventas para una agencia de Marketing digital.
¿Cuales serán las funciones que realizaras como SDR?
Cualificación de Leads:
Evaluar y calificar leads usando criterios BANT (Presupuesto, Autoridad, Necesidad, Momento).
Primer Contacto:
Presentar la propuesta de valor de la empresa y generar interés en los productos o servicios.
Gestión de Relación con Leads:
Mantener comunicación constante y responder preguntas iniciales.
Proporcionar información relevante.
Programación de Reuniones:
Concertar citas y reuniones entre leads calificados y representantes de ventas.
Asegurarse de que los leads estén bien informados y preparados.
Seguimiento y Nutrición de Leads:
Realizar seguimiento continuo a leads no listos para ventas.
Utilizar CRM gohighlevel para registrar y seguir el progreso.
Colaboración con el Equipo de Ventas:
Trabajar con el equipo de ventas para asegurar una transición fluida.
Proporcionar información detallada sobre cada lead.
Reporte y Análisis:
Monitorear y analizar resultados de prospección.
Informar rendimiento a gerentes de ventas y sugerir mejoras.
¿Cuál será tu sueldo como Sales development representative?
El sueldo como SDR irá determinado por una parte fija y otra variable los cuales dependerás de los leads gestionados (proporcionados por la agencia) y otra parte según los resultados obtenidos.
Min Requirements:
Experiencia en funciones de SDR en negocios B2B
Experiencia en el manejo de CRM. Valorable experiencia en Go Highlevel
Gran capacidad de trabajo en equipo de forma remota
Alta orientación a resultados y clientes
Resolución, agilidad y eficiencia
