Fase 1: Gestión de Oportunidades y Prospección
Gestión de leads inbound y generación de oportunidades outbound.
Realizar la primera fase de contacto con prospectos, obteniendo información clave para evaluar cómo Planner puede ayudar al cliente.
Agendar demostraciones de producto y dar seguimiento a cuentas en las primeras etapas del ciclo de ventas, incluyendo la generación, envío y seguimiento de propuestas.
Fase 2: Onboarding y Presentaciones
Ayudar en el onboarding de nuevas cuentas y realizar presentaciones del producto.
Participar en los procesos de cierre de cuentas y contribuir en estrategias de upselling.
Fase 3: Desarrollo y Cierre de Ciclo Completo de Ventas
Identificar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, gestionando todo el ciclo de ventas, desde la prospección hasta el cierre.
Colaborar con el equipo de Customer Success para garantizar la renovación y satisfacción de los clientes existentes.
