This is the reason why Sagemcom became a "mission-driven company" at the start of January 2022.About the Role:The sales director will have the responsability to retain and develop the business of Sagemcom Broadband in the territory (Spain & Portugal).The business is based on products from two bsuiness units (CPE gateways, Set top boxes and audio video solutions)Your main missions:Mapping of key stakeholders on targeted telcos accounts.Proactively propose value added solutions prior and during formal RFx cycle to positively influence individuals towards Sagemcom’s capabilities prior and during the formal buying cycle. Develop value propositions to meet customer expectations, requirements, and specifications.Provide / maintain high level project oversight in development phase of ongoing projects, act as point of project escalation, avoid LDs in development phases.Negotiate new contracts and new Contract Amendments, etc.Manage to the In-Life SLAs and avoid Performance PaymentsManage Change Requests for add on projects and profit, creating greater retentionEnsure customer forecasts are provided on time, and ensure customers adhere to their terms, minimise any EOL component excesses.Help to resolve invoicing and late payment issuesProvide accurate and timely forecasts and reports to the HQ Business UnitsQualifications:Business and technical qualifications requested for the role. Proven track record in Sales.Demonstrable ability to generate revenue streams interacting and negotiating at C LevelAbility to map and navigate with various teams within client organization (Sales, Procurement, Technical teams)Enthusiastic, result driven with a strong focus on customer satisfactionWilling to learn and be operative on a daily basis
