Job Summary.
• Desarrollar ventas en industria en la región Norte de España utilizando diferentes canales.
usuario final, contratista (EPC) y distribuidor.
Promocionar nuestro portfolio completo de productos y servicios a través de actividades dedicadas a captar nuevos clientes y ampliar la cuota de cartera con los existentes.
• Investigar y contactar con nuevos clientes potenciales, principalmente vinculados a los segmentos de alimentación y bebidas e industria química, sin olvidar otros segmentos de la industria que puedan ser de interés para la empresa.
• Negociar operaciones de venta con clientes nuevos y existentes de importancia estratégica para la empresa.
• Colaborar con la figura del Business Development Manager para establecer e implementar la estrategia correcta, marketing y acciones para generar un crecimiento de ventas sostenible en el mercado industrial, considerando el portfolio completo de productos y servicios de la empresa.
Qualifications.
Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification.
Required Qualifications.
• Licenciatura o experiencia equivalente.
• Conocimiento y experiencia en bombas de agua y sistemas de tratamiento de agua dentro del sector industrial.
Se consideran tanto aplicaciones en agua limpia como en agua residual.
• Conocimiento de diversos segmentos de la industria (alimentación y bebidas e industria química).
Habilidad para manejar distintos canales de venta.
usuario final, contratista (EPC) y distribuidor.
• Capacidad de realizar gestiones de "puerta fría".
• Habilidades interpersonales efectivas con clientes, compañeros de trabajo y equipo de gestión.
• Capacidad de utilizar procesos de negocio consistentes para lograr los resultados deseados, incluida la capacidad de reaccionar de manera adecuada y oportuna a las necesidades cambiantes del negocio.
• Disposición y capacidad para proporcionar un servicio superior al cliente en qualquier momento.
• Capacidad de comunicarse de manera efectiva en español.
Se valorará el conocimiento de inglés, aunque no es imprescindible su dominio.
• Fuertes habilidades de resolución de problemas y negociación.
• Fuerte perspicacia de ventas y registro de actividad.
• Fuerte trabajo en equipo y habilidades organizativas - multitarea.
• Reportar las diferentes actividades y oportunidades de ventas a través del sistema de CRM de la empresa según las directrices existentes.
