It is highly preferred that candidates are located in either the Barcelona or Madrid areas.SummaryThe candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive the growth of our company by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and establishing strong relationships with prospective customers. Your focus will be on generating revenue and achieving sales targets while promoting our products or services.QualificationsProven experience in business development or sales positions for Staffing / Recruitment companies - MUST HAVEProfessional proficiency in Spanish and English - MUST HAVEProfessional proficiency in a third language is preferredFamiliarity with CRM softwares and sales tools for efficient pipeline management.Proven experience in hands-on business development roles, performing cold calls and attending to Events and Congress to strengthen business networking and clients relationshipStrong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients.Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.Experience with working with the French marketSelf-motivated and result-driven, with a track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.Knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to adapt them to various situations.
