Zertia ensures regulatory compliance and conformity with international standards in the application of Artificial Intelligence.What are we looking for?Zertia is on the hunt for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Executive who is passionate about AI and building relationships. We are looking for someone passionate about growing businesses, eager to join a pioneering startup at the intersection of technology and regulation. This role enthusiast should possess a unique blend of interpersonal skills and strategic and business analysis abilities, ready to shape and share our vision across various digital landscapes.For this role, we seek an individual result-driven, with the ability to connect with people, businesses, and its necessities, with interest and knowledge in new technologies. The candidate will be part of our Sales & Marketing super team, interacting with other departments. Responsibilities: Generate, qualify and manage leads, identifying new business opportunities.Perform cold outreach via phone, email, and social media to connect with potential clients.Research and prospect potential clients in key industries.Build and nurture strong relationships with business clients, understanding their needs.Present and sell our AI training solutions through meetings, presentations, and demos.Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to fine-tune sales strategies.Stay up-to-date with trends in Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, International Relationships, or a related field.2-3 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in legal, tech, finance or educational sectors).Proven track record in cold sales, prospecting, and negotiating deals.Interest in Artificial Intelligence and a willingness to learn more.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.Strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset.Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently in a start-up environment.Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken) is required.What we offer:Competitive Salary: base salary depending on the profile.Global Impact and Growth: Participate in large-scale projects that redefine industries with fast-growing, international clients.Culture: We are committed to the development of our talent by providing ample opportunities for growth.
