Do you want to play a key role in the commercial department of one of the most exciting and dynamic real estate companies in the Murcia area?   The Art of Living in Spain consists of a young, international and enthusiastic team. Due to our ongoing success, we are looking for a new team member to grow our Commercial Department.   We have currently  5 exciting (villa) projects under construction, for example Las Vistas Altaona (villa project in Altaona Sports & Wellness Resort, Murcia), as well as upcoming projects such as a 5* hotel, 200.000 m² sports centre, a wellness centre, meditation/yoga/Pilates facilities, Senior Living residences and over 1.000 houses to sell and build in the next few years in the same urbanisation (Altaona Resort). Our drive, energy and dynamic attitude has given us great exposure and resulted in many more real estate opportunities that we are currently working on, so we have plenty of room for growth!   We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and energetic new team member for the position of  Sales Executive.   We offer:   ·     Excellent conditions  ·     Great work environment, pleasant team members and state of the art office. ·     Growth opportunities on the short and long term. ·     Start as soon as you are available.    We expect:   Proactive, driven & passionate personality. Service oriented “people person”. 5 – 8 years experience in a similar commercial position (real estate experience NOT needed but appreciated). Good level of English and Dutch.
