Hot Dance Radio Ibiza is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to help bring in new business and grow our commercial reach. If you’re ready to earn on your terms and be part of an exciting project, we want to hear from you!Position: Sales Executive (Female/Male) Compensation: 30% Commission-Based (You earn 30% of each commercial deal you close!). To kickstart the station, deals closed before 1 June 2025 will pay 50% commission. Compensation for barter deals will be discussed on case-by-case basis.   Location: Remote (Global Team), though ideally you live on IbizaAbout Us: Hot Dance Radio Ibiza is an internationally-oriented radio station broadcasting on DAB+ on Ibiza and hotdanceradio.com, dedicated to bringing the hottest dance and electronic music to listeners both locally and across the globe, with a special focus on the Ibiza scene. There’s already a lot of great club music being broadcast on the island, and our station is different because we keep it crisp and commercial – perfect for listening to anywhere, with anyone. This unique niche makes us interesting for advertisers wishing to reach the international visitor, as we intend to create brand awareness both on and off the island.We’re on a mission to become the #1 commercial dance radio station in the region, and we need a savvy Sales Executive to help us achieve that goal by driving new commercial deals and partnerships.Hot Dance Radio Ibiza is part of the Hot Dance Radio family, which includes Hot Dance Radio Nonstop (online only) and Hot Dance Radio NL (broadcasting on DAB+ in North Holland and online). The team has decades of experience from multiple commercial, public and pirate radio stations in the Netherlands and US and is really keen to do something awesome on the white island.Check us out at hotdanceradio.comWhat You’ll Do:Identify and approach potential advertisers who would benefit from reaching the Hot Dance Radio Ibiza listenerDevelop and present tailored advertising packages to businesses looking to target our international and Ibiza-based audienceHave a great stable of A-list names like Afrojack, Purple Disco Machine, Duke Dumont, Oliver Heldens and way more to use in your promotion. They all have weekly shows on Hot Dance Radio. Negotiate commercial deals and close salesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business, including maintaining a client database and finding long-term partnership opportunities.
