Key strengths include the ability to meet and exceed goals/targets, a knack for connecting with decision makers / Vodafone dealers and the ability to train and transfer the secrets of sales and exceptional customer experience to others Provides support, coaching and on-the-job training to new employees in retail stores.
Is responsible for monitoring the performance and providing the relevant feedback during the induction period Performs regular visits to designated shops for face2face discussions & feedback sessions with agents and manager Acts as “the voice” of the commercial team in the field when launching new products & propositions (promoting the new products & propositions and ensuring all the agents are ready to sell it) Gather relevant feedback from the field regarding sales operational flows and commercial promotions and address it with relevant stakeholders Offers constant feedback to Functional Trainers on training content and delivery Works together with Functional Trainers to develop new trainings based on the feedback from the field Monitors the performance (both quantitative and qualitative) of all roles in the shop Participates in sales force recruitment when needed Who you are Bachelor’s degree (Technology field) At least 2 years proven sales experience /Shop Manager past experience will be considered as a plus Solid track record as High - performer Shop employee at all quantitative and qualitative KPIs’ Driver’s license / Available for travel in Greece Fluent in English language (oral and written) Excellent knowledge of MS Office(Powerpoint & Excel) Excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving & presentation skills Strong stakeholder management skills Proven Knowledge of Social Media and digital trends will be considered as a plus Not a perfect fit?
