Position: Spain-based with travel to Shanghai or Shanghai-based with travel to SpainJob Responsibilities:Market Development and Business Expansion:Responsible for the brand's offline business expansion and management in the Spanish market through direct sales models (retail direct sales + private traffic management).Promote brand penetration and sales growth in the target market.Direct sales model involves selling products directly to end consumers through owned stores, counters, direct sales teams, and a combination of online and offline channels.Regularly analyze market sales data and execute effective market promotion strategies to ensure the achievement of sales targets.Channel Management and Maintenance:Manage and expand direct sales channels in Spain and neighboring countries.Optimize product distribution networks and ensure the brand's market coverage.Conduct regular market research, collect competitor information, and adjust sales strategies to enhance market competitiveness.Team Building and Management:Recruit, train, and lead a localized sales team to ensure execution in market expansion and performance achievement.Provide professional support and coaching to team members to enhance market competitiveness and sales capabilities.Product Promotion and Brand Building:Collaborate closely with the headquarters' marketing team to promote online and offline joint promotion activities.Improve brand visibility and market influence.Supervise product displays, promotional activities, etc., to ensure proper execution and maximize product market exposure.Sales Forecasting and Financial Management:Conduct sales forecasting based on market trends and sales data.Formulate reasonable sales plans.Manage the sales budget to ensure rational use and cost control.Job Requirements:Educational Background:Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in marketing, international trade, business management, etc.Work Experience:More than 5 years of offline sales management experience in the beauty, consumer goods, or related industries.Sales experience in the Spanish market, especially in direct sales models, is preferred.Ability Requirements:Strong market analysis ability to quickly understand and respond to changes and demands in the Spanish market.Excellent communication and negotiation skills to efficiently cooperate with partners at different levels.Outstanding team management ability, with cross-cultural communication and cooperation skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.Language Requirements:Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) for effective communication with headquarters and the team.English as a working language for communication with international teams.Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.Other Requirements:Strong sense of responsibility, execution, and problem-solving ability.Adapt to frequent travel and be able to effectively manage multiple markets in Europe.该岗位可base西班牙出海上海 或 base上海出差西班牙工作职责:市场开拓与业务拓展:负责该品牌在西班牙市场通过直销模式(门店直销+私域流量管理)开展线下业务拓展与管理,推动品牌在目标市场的渗透与销量增长。直销模式指通过自有门店、专柜、直销团队、线上线下结合等渠道,直接向终端消费者销售产品,减少中间环节,提高利润和市场反应速度。定期分析市场销售数据,制定并执行有效的市场推广策略,确保销售目标的实现。渠道管理与维护:管理和拓展西班牙及周边国家的直销渠道,优化产品分销网络,确保品牌的市场覆盖率。定期进行市场调研,收集竞争对手信息,调整销售策略,提升市场竞争力。团队建设与管理:招募、培训并领导本地化销售团队,确保团队在市场拓展和业绩达成方面的执行力。提供团队成员专业支持与辅导,提升团队的市场竞争力与销售能力。产品推广与品牌建设:与总部营销团队紧密合作,推动线上线下联合推广活动,提高品牌知名度和市场影响力。监督产品陈列、促销活动等,确保执行到位,最大化产品的市场曝光度。销售预测与财务管理:根据市场趋势和销售数据,进行销售预测,制定合理的销售计划。管理销售预算,确保预算的合理使用并控制成本。任职要求:教育背景:本科及以上学历,市场营销、国际贸易、商务管理等相关专业优先。工作经验:5年以上美妆、消费品等相关行业的线下销售管理经验,具有西班牙市场销售经验,尤其是直销模式经验者优先。对西班牙市场有一定了解,熟悉当地市场动态、消费者行为及商业环境。有成功渠道管理与团队管理经验,能够独立推动业务发展并达成销售目标。能力要求:较强市场分析能力,能够快速了解并应对西班牙市场的变化与需求。出色沟通与谈判能力,能够与不同层次的合作伙伴进行高效的合作。优秀团队管理能力,具备跨文化沟通与合作能力,能适应快节奏工作环境。语言要求:必须流利使用中文(普通话),能有效与总部及团队沟通。英语口语可做日常工作语言,能够与国际团队沟通。具备西班牙语言能力者优先。其他要求:具备较强的责任心、执行力与问题解决能力。适应频繁出差,能够在欧洲多个市场之间进行有效管理。
