About the Role.
An opportunity has arisen for an Intern position with our Sales Department in Jumeirah Mallorca.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role.
Preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations.
To participate in sales calls and client meetings to gain exposure to client interaction and negotiation techniques Supporting the development and execution of sales strategies to target key markets and drive business growth.
Coordinating site visits, fam trips, and other client related events at the property and supported in managing client communications, including follow-ups, confirmations, and feedback collection.
About you.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications.
Qualification Studies related to hospitality or sales Experience Any sales experience is a strength Skills Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
Ability to learn new systems quickly.
Tech savvy with strong attention to detail.
Word-processing skills, preferably with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Proactive, energetic and positive attitude.
Team player.
Flexibility.
Be able to develop several administrative tasks at the same time.
