At Urban Campus, we aim at providing our tenants with high-end accomodation, an outstanding community animated by our teams and a smooth digital booking experience.As for our business model, we work with Institutional Investors to help them transform and build residences with shared areas and services. We manage these residences on their behalf.Your missionsAs our activity keeps growing, with 10 residences currently under management, Urban Campus is looking for a new Junior Sales Representative Intern to support the Operations team in its growth in the Spanish coliving market. You report to Irache, Sales Manager in our Spanish team.As a Junior Sales Representative Intern, you will be part of the sales team, in charge of getting people to live in our Coliving spaces. After the marketing team attracts potential customers, your responsibility will be to engage them, showing the spaces by doing virtual visits, and following up with them to solve all their questions.You will be working within an international, young, startup environment and get to bond with our vibrant community of colivers. You will be part of a team that is revolutionizing the way we live and work together in cities, and take part in some of the most innovative projects in Real estate.You would be responsible for the following tasks, among others:Being the first point of contact of prospects: make sure their experience is great from the first contact with us!Following up with leads, touring them around our spaces, guiding them through the subscription process and being there for them until they join our spacesCreating contact databases for direct salesKeeping our acquisition funnel updated and optimizedWorking with the Asset Management team to coordinate your effortsWhat we are looking for :Full fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish language is a mustHighly motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and have a problem-solving attitudeGood social skills: you will be dealing with people all. the. time :)Capacity to work autonomouslyEntrepreneurial spirit and flexibility to adapt to constant change and new processesGreat presentation and communication skillsStrong team spiritWhy joining Urban Campus ?Take part to the transformation of the real estate industry with innovative coliving and flexliving products, in a market leading company, along with top-tier business partners and investors.Work with multicultural and multidisciplinary teams : located in France and Spain, our tech, architecture, operations, business development and support teams gather 45 talented people featuring 8 different nationalities.Make a difference within a human-sized company, for we value both team spirit and individual initiatives.
