SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

Inspired by the karaoke box concept in Asia, BAM Karaoke Box reinvents karaoke with a high-end concept and a unique client experience. The concept was first brought to Paris in 2014 with BAM’s first venue, BAM Richer. Sophisticated & unique venues, high-end equipment, signature cocktails, excellent customer service, BAM’s premium karaoke box concept is the first of its kind in Europe. Our goal is to allow people to let loose, have fun and create lasting memories with friends, family or colleagues. BAM Karaoke Box is growing and is looking for its next Sales & Marketing Manager for the Spanish market. With 7 venues in France and UK, BAM Karaoke Box is also present in Spain with 2 venues in the heart of Madrid (BAM Recoletos & BAM Luchana). As BAM continues to grow in Spain, we are looking for someone to lead our sales and marketing efforts locally. This is a newly created position based in Madrid with frequent trips to HQ in Paris (frequency tbc) and that will be reporting to the Country Manager in Spain.  Key Job Functions:Define and lead short and long-term sales strategies that will allow BAM to meet the goals (mainly B2B), redefine the marketing approach to the market and develop brand awareness.Sales Responsibilities: -         Develop an overall B2C & B2B sales strategy that will ensure sales growth objectives, contributing with a +20% of the total turnover to the monthly results.-         Monitor and achieve agreed turnover targets.-         Create and develop the B2B sales pipeline and source leads willing to organize events in both venues in Madrid.-         Maintain long-standing profitable business relationships and ensure constant sales expansion.-         Meet customer requirements (responsive, schedule conscious, etc).-         Report activity to the Country Manager in Spain, share ideas and initiatives to achieve objectives.  Marketing Responsibilities:-         Define & execute a local Marketing Plan to support business & communication objectives:o  Manage the PR & KOL strategy with our PR agency o  Define and put in place a media plan (online & offline)o  Develop local brand partnershipso  Coordinate with HQ the local content calendar for our Owned platforms (social media, website, newsletters): write content and partner with our Global team for creating assets-         Collaborate with the Global Marketing & Operations teams to improve the brand’s image and customer experience (ie. Printed flyers, food & drink offer, etc.)-         Organize and assist local photoshoots and liaise with Global Marketing Team for guidelinesSkills & Experience:-         Must have +5 years of relevant sales experience, ideally in the Entertainment or Hospitality sectors, and demonstrable marketing knowledge.-         Strong commercial profile, with excellent communication and presentational skills.-         Solid knowledge of Sales management and b2b sales pipeline management.-         Extended contacts network, both in the sales and marketing side.-         Strong knowledge of Madrid trends, particularly in entertainment, music & nightlife.-         Excellent command of English & Spanish languages – both written & spoken.-         A natural proven ability with social media, especially Instagram and LinkedIn.-         Strong analytical skills required as well as knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint, Word.Personal Qualities:-         Can work independently and take initiatives -         Can-do entrepreneurial mindset-         Open-minded, collaborative and team oriented-         Practical with plenty of common sense-         Knows how to ‘fail forward’
