hat’s your Mission?You'll be helping people who may have been treated unfairly.
Build rapport and trust with customers, fostering a positive brand experience Assist leads from various channels (TikTok, Google, social media) to determine if they have been mis-sold high-interest credit cards (revolving cards) Gather detailed information about the credit card and its terms using HubSpot Process legal onboarding documents (LFA/LSA) to authorize legal action on behalf of the customer (working knowledge of LFA/LSA is a plus) Provide excellent customer service and support, resolving inquiries and issues efficiently Sales Potential.
Identify potential leads who may qualify for the Justalia program, which helps customers who have been mis-sold credit cards.
Explain the Justalia program and its benefits to qualified leads, generating interest and encouraging participation.
Track customer interactions and report on key metrics to measure program effectiveness.
