Descripción de la oferta de empleo
Gestionar el proceso completo de captación y selección de candidaturas para nuestro equipo de ventas, desde el contacto inicial hasta la incorporación.
Publicación de ofertas de empleo.
Realizar entrevistas con los candidatos.
Brindar retroalimentación a los candidatos.
Coordinación de reuniones entre los candidatos y el mánager de área.
Seguimiento del desempeño de las nuevas contrataciones.
Mantenimiento de BBDD y ATS (Bizneo).
Reporte cuantitativo y cualitativo de entrevistas y candidatos.
Requisitos mínimos Requisitos mínimos:
Formación universitaria en RRHH, Psicología, o similar.
Nivel alto de inglés (C1/2).
Nivel alto de portugués (C1/2).
Experiencia en búsqueda activa de perfiles.
Experiencia en la realización de entrevistas.
Conocimiento en ofimática (paquete office, CRM, base de datos, reporting).
Buenas habilidades de escritura y comunicación.
Proactivo y con iniciativa.
