Job descriptionEichholtz has grown into one of the world’s most well-known and recognizable brands of luxury design furniture, lighting and accessories. In many ways the face of the company, sales representative may do everything from answering phones to preparing price offers, all while maintaining good customer relations and pursuing new sales opportunities.Represent the company’s products and services, using comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of the customersAchieve monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully following sales and strategies and tacticsGenerate sales through either direct communication with the customer in the showroom or by preparing price offers to clients that approach by email or phoneComplete administrative tasks, handle payments and coordinate logisticsMain ResponsibilitiesSelling products or services to customers and representing the brand. This includes asking questions to pinpoint the best offerings and maintaining customer relationships. Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and identify potential new sales opportunities.Achieve sales goals by submitting and processing orders to ensure customers receive the products or services they request on time. Prepare concise and accurate quotations as per the clients’ requirements keeping in mind delivery times and stock availabilityAdministrate orders, quotations, financial reports. Handle logistics of incoming and outgoing merchandise, organize deliveries to the end customer and handle customer complaints, issue reclamations to suppliers etc.  Maintaining cleanliness throughout the showroom and if necessary, taking the necessary steps to improve the overall appearance of the premises. Monitor store daily expenses, supervise asset protection and risk management and be accountable for inventory.Required QualificationsAt leats 2 years experience in sales and/or customer service, retail and/or hospitality sectorExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationshipsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail is a mustAbility to multi-task, work in high pressure environment.Passion for design and luxury Proficiency in English and SpanishPunctuality and dedication are key factors in this positionPositive energy and genuine desire to work with peopleIntellectual curiosity, passion for the Brand and thriving in a selling environmentExperience in working with Microsoft OfficeCore benefits Work in a location in the heart of Madrid.Great work environment, energetic and creative, small international team of talented people to work with!Fixed salary and bonus packagePrivate health Insurance.Employment TypeFull-time
