SALES REPRESENTATIVE

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and business development efforts within the industrial minerals sector, with a particular focus on the ceramic, glass, plastic, refractory, and paint industries.
The Sales Representative will be expected to maintain strong relationships with current clients and establish new business opportunities in these diverse sectors Key Responsibilities.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share within the assigned sectors.
Identify and engage with potential clients, building long-term business relationships.
Provide product knowledge and technical support to clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Negotiate terms and close sales in accordance with company policies.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to stay up-to-date with market trends and network with potential clients.
Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management.
Requirements.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in industrial minerals or related sectors (ceramics, glass, plastics, etc.).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Knowledge of the industrial minerals market and related industries is a plus.
Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
Willingness to travel as required.
