Purpose of Role Important.

We are looking for a person that fits in our motivated and dynamic sales team.
Your responsibility will be to manage and develop a strategic portfolio of 50 accounts in Spain (Field plus support in BG).
We are looking for a person with a first successful sales experience, preferably in the sport/lifestyle industry.
This role requires a strong sales mindset, an entrepreneurial attitude and a great team spirit.
You are comfortable using digital sales tools to connect and communicate.
You are ready to play a key role to make Under Armour one of the top sport brands in France.
Your Impact Understand Under Armour overall - business unit and category objectives and strategies Manage and develop Under Armour revenue with the accounts portfolio Build relationships and deliver first class service level towards the accounts Identify and convert business opportunities within your portfolio Prepare and conduct sales presentations at Trade Fairs and through virtual meetings Develop assortment proposals to deliver against the distribution objectives/development of destination categories Negotiate seasonal and yearly budgets with the accounts  Ensure excellent instore implementation of assortments  Analyze sell out data to improve mutual business results throughout the season  Excellent order management resulting in 100% delivery of the targets Pro-actively communicate business results to line manager and overcome barriers to achieve objectives Responsible for order/entry of customer orders Understand and apply the Under Armour segmentation and differentiation policy Establish and maintain a strong internal communication and relationship with the line Managers and X-functions (account service, finance, planning, merchandising, marketing) Follow company policies and procedures Perform other duties as assigned Practice honesty and integrity in customer and vendor relations Qualifications Educated to master€™s degree level is preferred €“ minimum a bachelor€™s degree is required Minimum of 2 years of sales experience Highly self-motivated and well organized Superior communication and persuasion skills Strong analytical skills High affinity towards new digital sales tools  Fluent in Spanish Very good communication skills in English Team Player.
