SALES REPRESENTATIVE - FREELANCE (MIAMI)

We are looking for a Freelance Sales Representative in Miami to join our team and contribute to the growth of our clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for a person passionate about sales, with exceptional communication and customer-orientation skills.
Key Sales Responsibilities -Acquire new clients/companies that need help with personnel selection processes.
-Maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
-Analyze market trends to seek new business opportunities.
-Negotiate contracts and close business deals that benefit both parties.
Job Requirements -Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment, preferably in a recruitment role for HR recruitment services.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
-Ability to work autonomously and manage time.
-Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving goals.
-Knowledge of the market, companies in Miami and surrounding areas is a plus.
