SALES REPRESENTATIVE INSIDE SALES

In this role, you will play a central part in our sales and project management team, supporting sales activities and coordinating them in close collaboration with our Project and Supply Chain teams. You may work on-site in our Madrid office or remotely, with access to modern communication and collaboration tools. High service orientation and strong organizational skills are essential for this position.Responsibilities ·      Assist the field sales team with pre- and post-visit preparations·      Proactively reach out to clients to identify sales opportunities ·      Monitor and maintain customer data in the CRM system·      Provide telephone and email sales support to customers ·      Serve as the primary point of contact for product customer inquiries·      Prepare and follow up on quotes and proposals·      Support the sales team with customer acquisition and account management·      Process and manage customer orders, coordinating with relevant departments·      Assist in organizing sales campaigns and marketing initiatives·      Assist the Sales Managers in collaboration with internal and external partners·      Participate in internal meetings to align sales strategies and objectivesQualifications and Requirements·      Successfully completed commercial training, such as office clerk, industrial clerk, or a similar qualification·      Experience in sales, ideally in inside sales·      Strong skills in CRM and ERP systems·      Proficient in MS Office ·      Experience with digital collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, Monday, JIRA)·      Willingness to occasionally travel to Madrid (for remote work)Personal Competencies:·      Self-driven, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work·      Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills·      Team player with a high degree of personal responsibility·      Friendly and professional demeanor, even under pressureLanguage Skills:·      Excellent written and spoken in German and English·      Additional language skills (e.g., Spanish, French) are advantageousWhat We Offer·      A diverse and responsible role in a dynamic team·      Flexible work environment: option to work remotely or in Madrid, with modern IT infrastructure·      Flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths·      Opportunities for further education and support in personal development·      Career development prospects in a growing company.·      Competitive salary and flexible working hours·      A modern work environment with the chance to contribute to innovative projects·      Regular team events and a supportive corporate culture, even for remote employeesWe look forward to receiving your complete application, including your earliest possible start date.
