Job Overview:We are seeking driven and ambitious freelance sales representatives to join our team in Palma de Mallorca. Your primary role will be selling coaching products over the phone using leads provided by our company. This role requires on-site work in our supportive office environment—remote or home office work is not an option.You will work closely with Markus Peyrick, a renowned author and expert in building high-performance telesales systems, and benefit from a structured training program to ensure your success.Job Details:Leads Provided: Both warm and cold leads.Work Environment: A dynamic, productive office space with cutting-edge tools in Palma de Mallorca.Training Period: Approx. three months, with the opportunity to generate income during this time.Earnings Potential: Top performers in this role earn six-figure commissions monthly.Key Responsibilities:Sell coaching products using optimized telesales techniques.Represent recruitment services for medium-sized businesses.Market and sell telesales training as a product.Compensation:Commission Rate: 12% on all sales.Guaranteed Commission: €1,500/month for the first two months (offset against earned commissions).Additional Benefits:Access to a modern office with state-of-the-art equipment.Optimized scripts and telesales tools for peak performance.Career development opportunities for long-term growth.Candidate Requirements:High motivation and a strong desire for financial success.Interest in continuous learning and professional development.Must reside in Mallorca or be willing to relocate and work on-site.
