This position is ideal for someone with potential who is looking to develop their career within our dynamic sales environment. Fluency in Spanish (ES), German (DE), and English (EN) is a must. Responsibilities:Lead Management: Help identify and qualify potential leads through research and initial outreach.Opportunity Handling: Manage sales opportunities from start to finish, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and finalization of contracts.Data Management: Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer information and sales activities.Monitoring Sales Goals: KPIs and performance metrics for the sales teamReporting: Prepare regular sales reports to support the team in decision-making and strategy development.Customer Communication: Handle routine communications with clients, providing information about our products and services.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.Requirements:Experience:2-4 years of experience in sales support.Experience in the software or tax industry is a plus but not required.Technical Skills:CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM platforms like Pipedrive, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics.Microsoft Office: Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and documentation.Data Entry: Accurate and efficient data management skills.Soft Skills and Competencies:Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in Spanish, German, and English.Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Attention to Detail: Meticulous in handling data and documentation.Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.Eager to Learn: A proactive attitude towards learning and professional growth.Customer-Centric Approach: A friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with clients.Languages:Spanish (ES): Fluent (Business Level) – Essential for engaging with Spanish-speaking clients and partners.German (DE): Fluent (Business Level) – Required for communication with German-speaking clients and internal teams.English (EN): Fluent (Business Level) – Necessary for internal communication and international collaboration.Work Schedule and Compensation:Full-Time Position: Flexible schedule to accommodate different time zones and client needs.Competitive Salary: Aligned with market expectations, suitable for candidates seeking growth opportunities within the company.Join hellotax and embark on an exciting journey where your skills and passion will make a meaningful impact on our clients' success.
