They are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator, to join their team in Barcelona!
Tasks
As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will:

Provide support for the day-to-day processing of business administration for liquid bulk/Cryoease and gases within the European merchant
Be the first point of contact and support for the commercial teams across different regions, liaising with individual members
Guarantee the maintenance of the systems (SAP and Salesforce Automation Data) through process integrity
Analyze existing business processes to identify improvement areas and optimization
Give support for pricing programs, when needed
Establish business relationships with other business areas
Liaise with business functional leadership teams

Requirements

Native level of Czech or Slovak
Full professional level of English (C1)
Ideally 1 year of experience in an administrative or customer support role
Excellent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with different stakeholders
Proactive and positive mentality, with a strong sense of responsibility
Strong team player with the ability to work autonomously, and work under pressure
A detail-oriented professional, with high organizational skills
A good command of Microsoft Office
SAP will be a plus
