SALES SUPPORT - INTERNSHIP

Sales Support SpecialistThe Sales Support Intern plays a crucial role in the overall success of our sales team by providing comprehensive administrative and technical. They are responsible for handling scheduling appointments, preparing sales materials, and implementing sales automation tools. Their efforts contribute to a smooth and efficient sales process, enabling our sales team to focus on closing deals and generating revenue.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Sales Administration:Schedule meetings and appointments for sales representatives.Prepare and distribute sales collateral, including presentations and proposals.Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.Provide insights to improve the sales process.Pre-Sales Activities:Create commercial agendas for sales meetings.Prepare Pre-Sales Reports to provide sales representatives with insights into potential clients. Conducting market research and gather relevant information for sales pitches.Propose networking events.Sales Automation Implementation:Research and recommend sales automation tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.Assist in the implementation and integration of sales automation tools across the organization.Train sales representatives on the use of sales automation tools.Monitor the performance of sales automation tools and provide feedback for continuous improvement.Mailing List Management:Create and maintain mailing lists for targeted marketing campaigns.Research and identify potential prospects for sales campaigns.Prepare and distribute email marketing campaigns.Track and analyze the results of marketing campaigns to optimize strategies.Qualifications and experienceBachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.Experience in a sales support or administrative role is a plus.Proactive and resourceful.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.Familiarity with sales automation tools is a plus. (Zoominfo, reply)Excellent time management and organizational skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Speak Spanish and english
