The role of the ISDI Barcelona Sales and Admissions Team LeadReporting directly to the Sales Director and based in Barcelona, ISDI’s Sales and Admissions Team Lead will lead a sales team located in our Barcelona office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the Barcelona team meets the enrollment and revenue targets set by the company, following established procedures.Responsibilities:Oversee the performance and daily activities of the sales team, ensuring the achievement of enrollment and revenue targets.Provide guidance, support and training to team members to improve their performance and professional development.Collaborate with the Head of Admissions to set and communicate clear and achievable goals for the Admissions team.Distribute tasks and responsibilities equitably among team members, leveraging their individual skills and strengths.Design and implement training programs to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.Quickly identify and address any issues or challenges that arise within the Admissions team.Foster a positive and motivating work environment, maintaining high engagement.Act as a key partner between the Head of Admissions and the Admissions team, ensuring smooth and effective communication in both directions.Hand in hand with the Business Intelligence team, analyze sales and performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement and growth opportunities.Meet team qualitative and quantitative targetsPlan admissions events for prospective and admitted students. Represent ISDI in online and face-to-face events and help with their organization.Assist and work during info sessions or admissions event prepared ad-hoc by ISDISupport the team in any commercial tasks including sales, informative sessions and Admissions interviews. RequirementsAt least 3 years of experience in a similar team management role in sales, preferably in the education or services sector.Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.Fluent in English, Spanish and CatalanAnalytical skills to interpret sales data and generate reports.Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, Salesforce preferred.Customer focus and adaptability to different personalities.A go-getter personality.Strong communication skills along with active listening.Ability to manage heavy workload, multiple tasks and deadlines.
