Tasks

Manage and build a cohesive and effective Sales team
Make sure the team meets the goals of the company and the expectations of the clients
Ensure active listening to your team, analyse their needs and find solutions
Encourage continuous learning and professional growth within the team
Facilitate effective communication within the team and between the team and other parts of the organization
Make decisions to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

Native level of Italian
Full professional level of Spanish
Previous experience leading a Sales team
Previous experience in Sales
Proficiency in Excel and CRM
Excellent communication skills
Analytical and result-oriented attitude
Ability to make decisions with autonomy
Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships
Critical and creative attitude when overcoming challenges
