YOUR MISSION On the Salesforce Team, our mission is to unify all partner-centric business processes under a single Salesforce Organisation with the ultimate goal of allowing users to easily manage and nurture their relationship with our partners.
THE JOURNEY Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop, and make a difference; Be a part of a team that works with internal, external and user-facing products and services; Working collaboratively with stakeholders and end users to understand feature requirements and/or address support issues; Working together with the enablement team to create and update training materials for users/groups; Creating documentation, maintaining standardization and proactively seeking ways to continue improve currently existing processes; Own your deliverables from start to finish; Deliver high-quality solutions; Participate in high-level technical decisions.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE An empathetic, inclusive, and curious attitude; 1+ years of relevant experience as Salesforce Administrator; Past experience writing documentation and Importing/Updating/Exporting large datasets using Salesforce DataLoader; Analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice to have but not mandatory.
Relevant Salesforce Certifications such as.
Administrator, Advanced Administrator and Platform App Builder Individuals representing diverse profiles, and abilities, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas.
