This role requires hands on expertise troubleshooting, maintaining, and enhancing Salesforce applications, ensuring their smooth operation and alignment with business processes. You will collaborate with various departments to support day to day Salesforce Operations, while also leveraging your development skills to implement minor customizations, integrations and bug fixes.Job ResponsibilitiesApplication SupportAct as a point of contact for any Salesforce related Technical issuesTroubleshoot and resolve application issues, escalating if necessaryMonitor the Salesforce system performance to resolve technical incidentsProvide timely support to end usersCreate and manage user accounts, profiles, and permission sets.Development and CustomizationUse Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to develop minor enhancements and custom solutions.Perform regular maintenance, on including bug fixes and small scale development tasks.Assist in implementing declarative solutions like Flows, Process Builders, and validation rules.Participate in testing and deployment of new Salesforce fesatures and releases.Data ManagementAssist with data imports, exports, and duplication processes.Ensure data integrity through data audits and cleanupsSupport Users in creating and managing reports and dashboardsSkills RequiredStrong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and user managementProficiency in Salesforce development tools and methodologies (Apex, Visualforce, LWC)Experience with Salesforce data management and reporting toolsExcellent problem solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issuesGood communication skills both written and verbal both in English and SpanishAbility to work individually and as part of a team in a fast paced environmentPreferred Qualifications (nice to have)Salesforce Certifications (Associate, Admin etc...) or similarExperience with Salesforce integrations using API´s, middleware (eg. Mulesoft)
