What will help you succeed at Globant.
Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce Features.
Build custom objects, workflows, and reports to support loyalty program processes and analytics.
Ensure high-quality code and adhere to Salesforce best practices, including coding standards, design patterns, security, and data quality Intermediate English skills.
Background in backend or full-stack development.
Experience in Classic and Lightning versions.
Knowing about Cloud and Apex (Force) architecture.
Loyalty Program Development.
Designed, developed, and customized Salesforce Loyalty Programs, including integrating loyalty functionality with other business systems.
Implement customer rewards, member enrollment, redemptions, referral tracking, and personalized offers.
