SAP EWM BUSINESS CONSULTANT INTERIM (SPANISH SPEAKER)

Job Description: As an SAP EWM Business Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and optimization of our Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) system. Your primary responsibilities will include supervising and supporting teams in their use of EWM, promptly addressing and reporting any issues that arise, and ensuring that the system is utilized to its fullest potential to enhance operational efficiency.Interim Contract.Key Responsibilities:Supervision and Support: Oversee and assist teams in the effective use of the EWM system, ensuring that all processes are followed correctly and efficiently.Issue Reporting: Identify, document, and report any issues or discrepancies within the EWM system to the relevant departments for swift resolution.Hands-On Assistance: Act as a 'floorwalker,' providing on-the-ground support within the factory to address any immediate concerns or questions from the teams.Training and Guidance: Offer training sessions and continuous guidance to team members to enhance their proficiency with the EWM system.System Optimization: Collaborate with IT and other departments to suggest and implement improvements to the EWM system based on user feedback and operational needs.Documentation: Maintain detailed records of issues reported, solutions implemented, and any changes made to the system for future reference and continuous improvement.Job Requirements:Experience with S4 HANA EWM: Proven experience as a user of S4 HANA EWM, with a deep understanding of its functionalities and applications.Hands-On EWM Experience: Practical, hands-on experience with using EWM in a real-world setting, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment.'Floorwalker' Role: Willingness and ability to be physically present on the factory floor, providing direct support to teams and addressing issues in real-time.Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve issues within the EWM system.Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively train and support team members, and to report issues clearly and concisely.Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and departments to ensure the smooth operation of the EWM system.Work Environment:Office Presence: This role requires you to be in the office 4-5 days per week to provide the necessary support and supervision.Location: Sector Industrial Can Serra, Carrer De les Masies n. 16, 08635 Sant Esteve Sesrovires (Barcelona).Transportation: A shuttle bus service is available from the train station to facilitate your commute to the office.Join our team and contribute to the efficient and effective use of our SAP EWM system, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and our teams are well-supported.
