You will be responsible for managing and optimizing applications related to sales and logistics processes, supporting digital transformation projects, and ensuring best practices in every implementation. Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency across our operations.At OHTIC, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to get involved in new projects and collaborate with your colleagues—SKY IS THE LIMIT 🚀!The Offer 📣A laptop that meets expectations—it’s our main tool, after all!Flexible scheduleHybrid (3 office - 2 home)Flat hierarchy and a startup atmospherePersonalized training planA little something on your birthday 😉UDEMY courses, Pluralsight, Certifications...Budget to spend on Azure, AWS, etc., to "tinker" with side projectsPaid referral programCareer plan signed by contract for your first two years with usFlexible compensation (meal card, medical insurance, transport card...)Permanent contractThe Role 💼Long-term opportunity working with critical SAP business applications in the areas of Sales and Logistics.Maintain and enhance existing SAP modules, primarily focused on SD (Sales and Distribution) and MM (Materials Management), with occasional front and back-end adjustments as needed.Participate in transformation projects by developing new SAP-based solutions within a strategic framework that supports sales and logistics operations.Collaborate on functional design and solution validation with external SAP partners and consultants.Coordinate with development teams to ensure SAP best practices are followed, using tools like Git for version control and ABAP programming standards where applicable.Work closely with business and IT teams to define and assess business cases and change initiatives, ensuring alignment with SAP architecture and organizational goals.Ensure business continuity by troubleshooting SAP incidents, analyzing root causes, and proposing solutions to enhance system stability and performance.Technical KnowledgeMinimum 4 years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant in Sales and Logistics modules.Strong expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) modules, including configuration and optimization.Experience with SAP integration and interface management, such as IDocs, RFCs, and BAPIs.Proficient in SAP best practices and end-to-end process mapping for sales and logistics workflows.Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA environment and experience in migration projects is a plus.Strong data management skills using SAP tables, queries, and SAP SQL.
