We are leaders on digital technology services, and we provide large-scale technologic solutions to big companies.🔎 What are we looking for?We are looking for a SAP HCM PY consultant working close to one of our main clients.📋 Main tasks and accountabilities will be:Capture the requirements, help the client to express needs, collect and analyze them.Make necessary adjustments to SAP configurations based on changes in legislation or company policies.Bring best practices from previous experiences, ensure that standard SAP processes are used.Support the incident team with the resolution of complex issues.Support the business for change management.💡 What UST expects from you?At least 3-5 years of SAP HCM experience, with practice in different payroll implementations/maintenance countries.Knowledge of French payroll.Expert in Organizational Management, Personal Administration modules.Nice to have: location in Madrid. ABAP knowledge debugging and error code fixing is a plus.
