Through the scale and diversity of their industrial and marketing businesses, they responsibly supply the commodities that are fundamental to the building blocks of life.As the Integration Lead with 10-15 years of experience, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and managing integration solutions for Glencore's diverse systems. Your expertise in SAP Integration Hub and ABAP across different SAP modules will be crucial in driving successful integration initiatives and maintaining the current integration landscape. You will have the opportunity to work with the latest version of S4 HANA (2022).In this role you will be responsible for:Integration Strategy and Planning:Develop and execute comprehensive integration strategies aligned with business goals.Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand complex business requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions.Technical Proficiency:Demonstrate advanced expertise in ABAP programming and SAP Integration Platform.Architect and implement robust integration solutions, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.Utilize in-depth knowledge of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, PM, SD, PP) to enhance integration capabilities.Knowledge in integration with Boomi and/or SAP Multi bank connectivity is a plus.Project Management proven experience in:Leading large-scale integration projects, overseeing the entire project lifecycle.Defining project scope, objectives and deliverables, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.Mitigating risks and proactively addressing challenges to ensure project success.Team Leadership:Provide strong leadership to a team of integration professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.Mentor and guide team members to enhance their technical and professional capabilities.Stakeholder Collaboration:Build strong relationships with business units, IT teams, and external partners to gather requirements and address integration needs.Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates and managing expectations.Quality Assurance:Establish and enforce integration development best practices to ensure high-quality solutions.Conduct regular audits and assessments to uphold the reliability, security, and scalability of integration processes.About the profile: your training, skills & expertise checklistBachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent technology discipline with experience or equivalent working experience.Relevant certifications in SAP integration technologies, SAP modules, and project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.10-15 years of progressive experience in integration development, with expert knowledge of ABAP and SAP Integration Platform.Proven expertise in managing complex integration projects and leading teams.In-depth integration knowledge of various SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, PM, SD, PP)Knowledge of integration with Boomi and SAP multi bank connectivity as plus.Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.As you will be part of a global team, you must be able to communicate fluently in English (verbal and written)Language : As you will be part of a global team, you must be able to communicate fluently in English (verbal and written). The solution has been deployed in some parts of the business in Q4 2023 and we are continuing our journey to roll-out the global solution to all sites to cover Australia, Spain, UK, Germany, Italy and Canada.The global AMS team is formed by functional teams located in the north of Spain, Australia and Canada, combined with a central team located in Malaga.
