Support on SAP incidents and timely resolutions with SLA Support on Problem tickets and RCA closure within SLABring up new continuous improvement’s collaboration with different functional areasPerform optimization activities Support on major incidents and crisisDo knowledge transitions and cross skilling within the teamCollaborate with customer and team in an agile mannerSupport on developments/project requirementsMentor juniors and give knowledge transitions 🧐 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Years' experience: minimum 5 years in a similar roleEnglishSAP implementation / transformation / AMS experienceSAP ISU Switching/Device Management experienceSAP ISU Switching/Device Management configuration experienceShould have knowledge about SAP ISU Data Model, Energy Data ManagementKnowledge about SAP ISU processes about Workflows, Idocs, Switch ProcessABAP experience.
