Job Role Key Responsibilities.
Facilitate Scrum Events.
Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Remove Impediments.
Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder the team’s progress.
Coach and Mentor.
Guide the team in understanding and implementing Scrum and Agile principles.
Promote Continuous Improvement.
Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and facilitate retrospectives to identify areas for enhancement.
Required Skills and Qualifications.
Experience.
3-4 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Certification.
Good to have Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification.
Leadership.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
Communication.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Problem-Solving.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly address and resolve issues.
Adaptability.
Flexible and open to changes in the project or team dynamics.
Empathy.
