Retail Search Owners – Linda Rossi and Francesca Aveta - except being the “commercial heart of the company” they supervise and actively participate in each phase of the candidate search following every single step and presentation.
The Team of Retail Search has distinctive competencies that allow them to deeply understand client company’s needs with daily search management and final candidate selection.
On behalf of a luxury store in IBIZA we are looking for a Seasonal Stock keeper (From June to October ) The role will involve the following activities.
Quality control of incoming goods; Labelling and inventory management; Recording delivered products in the warehouse management system; Assigning goods to the respective reference warehouses; Monitoring and checking deliveries with documents received from suppliers; Monitoring warehouse stock levels and their replenishment, as well as issuing accompanying documents for the goods; Organizing and maintaining the warehouse layout to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of goods; Conducting regular stock checks and reconciliations to ensure accuracy; Coordinating with the sales team to fulfill stock requests promptly; Ensuring compliance with warehouse health and safety regulations; Handling returns and damaged goods according to company procedures.
Your profile should have.
Experience in structured warehouses; Good knowledge Microsoft Office Suite; Good knowledge of English; Skills required to complete your profile.
Time-management and organizational skills; Flexible and dynamic; Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected situations; Preparared to handle the demands of warehouse work.
